Caregiver Coaching & Ongoing Consultation
We prioritize active collaboration with community providers, residential staff, and care teams to ensure consistency across all environments. Our approach focuses on aligning everyone involved in an individual's care, creating a unified network of support that reinforces positive behavioral strategies throughout the day. By bridging communication between families and professionals, we work together to ensure safety, promote shared goals, and build a reliable path toward long-term success.
Behavior Support Plans (BSP) & Individualized Training
We also provide an assessments of the beneficiary’s functional limitations, daily routines, and physical environments, including the home, day programs, and community spaces. This evaluation analyzes daily schedules, high-traffic areas, and transition dynamics to identify environmental risks. The data gathered is used to establish preventative safety strategies that protect the individual while maximizing independent participation in community, leisure, or vocational activities.

Adaptive Equipment Training & Assistive Technology Guidance
We provide targeted training designed to help families and habilitation staff integrate functional receptive and expressive language opportunities directly into standard household and daily routines. These resources are utilized by the support team to assist the beneficiary in expressing immediate wants and needs, navigating transitions, managing daily expectations, and communicating independent choices.
We provide caregiver training on specialized techniques to help the individual master or safely complete Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including toileting, self-feeding, dressing, grooming, and bathing. Following authorization, hands-on training is provided to the care team focusing on safe transfer techniques and proper body mechanics within the modified space.
We offer customized training for caregivers, staff, and service providers to strengthen their ability to support individuals with challenging behaviors.
